Livestream classes are listed under the “Schedule” tab at the top of the page. All classes are offered Livestream unless otherwise specified.
Monthly members will receive the monthly link, via email, that will give you access to all Livestream classes!
Drop-InYogis are welcome! Email Kellie at riseupyoga906@gmail.com at least 20 minutes prior to class so she can share the link with you!
* Rise Up will track your classes and membership expiration dates just as we would if you were attending face-to-face.
